TOP ENR firm is seeking a Preconstruction Manager with interiors experience to lead estimating and client engagement efforts. This role reports directly to the VP of Preconstruction and plays a key role in driving project success from concept through award. Description Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to review project requirements and specifications. Lead bid solicitation processes, including reviewing proposals and selecting subcontractors. Oversee scheduling and coordination during the preconstruction phase to meet deadlines. Lead preconstruction efforts for interiors projects Manage budgets, estimating, and bid strategy Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders Support project pursuit and win strategy Report directly to VP of Preconstruction Profile A successful Preconstruction Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in preconstruction processes and cost estimation. Familiarity with construction methodologies and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
