Description Oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively. Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports. Profile A successful Superintendent (Ground Up) should have: Experience on $25M+ projects Background in municipal construction Strong leadership skills Ground-up project expertiseStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
