This individual will play a critical role in estimating and client engagement across public and private projects. Description Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts Manage CMAR and negotiated work Engage directly with clients Support project pursuits and proposals Collaborate with internal estimating team Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Provide leadership and guidance to the preconstruction team. Profile A successful Preconstruction Manager should have: 5+ years preconstruction experience Background with top ENR or competitor Strong client-facing capabilities Experience with public CMAR work Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and project management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction software and tools. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
